It's Tattoo Tuesday time again. This week's comes from a fan of my books called Cody. It's a beautiful, quirky image, but there's a sad story behind it, which I'll let Cody tell.

"Thought you might like to see the quote tattoo inspired by yourself! �� It was done for one of my best friends, Daniel, who we sadly lost to suicide 5 years ago on the 18th of September. Daniel annoyed me for MONTHS when we were kids to read the Cirque de Freak saga. When I finally caved, I was hooked on your books, he turned me into the book worm I am today and you're still my favourite author to this day. The skateboard is because he also loved skating, so it felt right to get the board with the quote from the books that inspired me to also write short stories as a kid! You both changed my love of reading and writing as a kid and I am forever thankful to both of you."

Even in death may Daniel be triumphant!!!
