It took a while, but I finally got my hands on a copy of the first omnibus edition of the Cirque Du Freak manga -- hurray!! It collects books 1 and 2 of the series, in a gloriously hefty, oversized format -- much larger than the original manga volumes, so you can enjoy the art more than ever before. Indeed, even if you've previously read the manga, I'd be inclined to recommend shelling out for the new edition as well, if you have some extra cash to splash, as it really does look a lot better in its new larger format -- and long-time fans will know that I don't say something like that lightly, as I usually advise readers not to bother with a new edition of one of my books if they already own an older edition. But this monster... yeah, if I was a fan of this series (as opposed to its author), I'd want this on my shelves, even if I already owned the originals, as it's just so damn cool.

You can buy the omnibus as a paperback -- you should be able to order it through any store that sells manga -- or in an eBook edition for about half the price.
