The Shan clan decamped to the Aquadome in Tralee a few weeks back, for a morning of swimming and watery sliding. (Well, Dante and I went swimming. The ladies went socialising with one of Mrs Shan's friends.) It was Dante's first time there and he loved it -- we've already been back, and I suspect we have lots more trips down there ahead of us over the years to come.

We all enjoyed a big feed of fish and chips in Quinlans afterwards -- well, all except Gaia, who is still being exclusively breastfed -- the poor little mite had to settle for chewing on one of her buggy straps! As we were strolling around later on, Dante made an impromptu decision to open up a gastro pub -- I guess this makes him Ireland's youngest entrepreneur... :-) :-) :-)
