We do a big family shop most weekends, rotating between a few of our local supermarkets. A couple of weeks ago it was SuperValu, where you get to scan the goods yourself as you're going round, which used to be a big novelty for Dante (and me!) though he's less bothered about it these days. On this occasion he was more interested in sitting in the trolley next to Gaia when he realised it was a double seater. He's too big for it, clearly, but they looked so sweet together that we said nothing and let him enjoy what will quite probably be one of his last ever trolley rides...
