As readers of my Cirque Du Freak books can attest, during my years in Vampire Mountain I might not have been the bravest Vampire Prince... or the smartest... or the coolest... or the best-looking... or the fiercest... or the most skilled in battle...

BUT!!!

I WAS, beyond any shadow of a doubt... the youngest!!!!! :-)

And here are three drawings of that dashing young Darren Shan, by three different Shansters, showing him/me in three very different ways.

First up we have an effort by a Twitter user with the purrrrfect handle of GalaxiKat, capturing me in my short-lived "cool dude" phase!

Next up we have a drawing by Esther, giving me something of a classical 18th or 19th century look. Thomas Gainsborough, eat yer heart out!!!

Finally we have a much more modern take by Vicky, though I'm not sure if she's presenting me as a hippy or a hip new Winston Churchill... :-)
