The Shans don't believe in sitting around the house too long with a newborn baby, so we've been getting out and about with Gaia as much as we can, regardless of her tender age. (Coming up for two months this week.)

The first photo was taken a good few weeks ago, on our first trip as a family foursome to our local forest park in Curraghchase. I spent a huge chunk of my childhood up there, as Dante already has, and as, no doubt, Gaia will over the coming years. It's an incredibly cool facility to have on our doorstep -- very lucky we are!!

The second photo was taken more recently, on our first trip as a quartet to Bunratty, a folk park that we also visit a lot, and again are very lucky to live fairly close to. The butterfly chair is a recent addition, one of which Gaia most heartily approves!
