Back during the Christmas period, the Shans visited Funderland in Dublin, where the kids (and Mrs Shan) went on a few fairground rides. Here are some photos from our visit.

In the first, Dante takes Gaia onto a small children's ride -- no minor matter for Gaia, who is VERY dubious when it comes to any sort of mechanical ride! She doesn't even like the tiny ones that you find in shopping malls!!!

The second captures Dante and Mrs Shan after they'd just come off a MUCH faster ride!! That isn't a faked expression on Dante's face -- he was crying when he come off it, and thumped and cursed me for insisting he go on it!!!! *evil Daddy grin*

Gaia has more fun on a sweet bus ride in the third picture, and enjoys coming down a traditional Helter Skelter too. No thumping or cursing after these two -- phew!!!!
