There are many noteworthy challenge events in the world -- the Olympics, the World Cup, the SuperBowl, the Tour De France, Wimbledon... But I think we can all agree that when it comes to spectator sports, nothing can top the How Many Darren Shan Books Can You Fit On A Single Shelf challenge!!!! :-) :-) :-)

In the latest such test (which also happens to be the first ever one that I've run, having just thought of the idea literally a minute or so before I started typing this post, when I was looking through photos that I could use and trying to think of something original to say about them), we have...

...in fourth place, with 17 Shantastic books... CHERYL!!!

...just pipping her into third place, with 22... EMILY!!!!

...the silver medal goes to RICH, with am impressive haul of 33!!!!

...but the runaway winner, the Usain Bolt of the HMDSBCYFOASS (hmm.... that's never going to fly!! I'll have to come up with a catchier acronym than that!), with an eye-watering collection of 45 Darren Shan tomes, is KAREN!!!!!!
