Hunt and Win!
05 March 2022Two points of business in today's post! First up, if there are any budding vampire hunters reading this, you might be interested in this vampire killing kit found by an astrophysicist called John Moffitt, who shared the photo on his Twitter page: https://twitter.com/JohnRMoffitt I doubt this is a genuine antique -- kits like these tend to be fairly modern replicas of the sort of kits that we like to imagine vampire hunters carrying about in the good old days of the 17th and 18th centuries, but vampires (and thus vampire hunters) as we know them didn't "exist" until Bram Stoker invented them in Dracula right at the end of the 19th century. But, nevertheless, it's VERY cool, and right up the alley of any would-be Steve Leopard mimics!!!
Secondly, tying in with the vampire hunting theme, here's a quick reminder that there's a COMPETITION running over on my monthly newsletter, with 6 signed and dated realease-day copies of Volume 3 of the Cirque Du Freak manga omnibus up for grabs. These are incredibly rare -- I only signed and dated 10 copies of the book on its release date. All you have to do is answer a very simple question and email me the answer.
