The Shans went on holiday to Lanzarote in June (Granny and Grandad Shan also tagged along). We had a wonderful time and returned home with a lot of fond memories -- and an awful lot of photographs!!! Here are four from the batch, with plenty more to follow over the coming weeks... or months!!!

The first two focus on my father in the swimming pool with my daughter Gaia. I absolutely love these two photos. The pair have an incredibly close bond -- I think Grandad is probably her favourite person in the whole world -- and I think that shines through here.

That's Mrs Shan and our son Dante in the third photo, when we went for a stroll to a market a few kilometres from our hotel.

And that's me with Dante in the final snap, chilling in the pool in glorious black-and-white, and having a good old giggle. The Shan boys DO love to giggle!!!!
