So -- the "warning." Basically, I haven't yet had a chance to physically check the paperbacks. The system has changed since my last Darren Dash book, and before I knew what was happening, Molls got listed for sale. In the past, I would order up proof copies and check those before making the book available on Amazon. This time, that hasn't been possible. Which means there's a very slim chance that there could be publishing quality issues with the book -- for instance, the colours on the front cover could be wrong, or text on the back could be missing, or pages might not be properly aligned. I'm 99% certain that it's fine, having done an electronic check online, but until I actually hold one in my hands, I can't be 100% sure.

As soon as I get my copies and check them, I'll issue an all-clear here. But that might not be until next week, which is VERY close to Christmas, so if you're looking to get a copy before December 25th, that may be too late to order. So, if you want to get your copy in plenty of time if it's a Christmas present (for yourself or someone else), now's the time to order.

Look -- it will almost certainly be absolutely fine. My advice is to crack on and order now. In the highly unlikely event that there ARE any problems with the book, you should be able to return it and get a revised copy from Amazon for free (although you might prefer to hang onto it as a rare misprinted copy...). If that doesn't work out, you can contact me directly and I'll supply you with an updated copy from my own stock.
