Happy New Year everybody!!! I hope you all had a great time over the Christmas and New Year's period. I had quite a lengthy break from work, though it was nowhere near as peaceful and relaxing as I was hoping, since I was still dealing with the fallout of the house fire I endured back in November.

But although I'm not getting any writing done at the moment, there's still plenty of news to report about in the first 2023 issue of my online monthly newsletter, the Shanville Monthly, including... why "sequelitis" played a big role in stopping the Cirque Du Freak movie series in its tracks... a fellow author listed Archibald Lox among his favourite reads of 2022... I reveal what is probably my least favourite cover of all my books... I answer the question of whether or not female vampires have periods(!!!!)... oh, and I casually drop the news that there MIGHT be TV shows made of TWO of my book series in the not too distant future!!!
