• More Archie reviews

I shared some of the early Amazon and Goodreads reviews for my Archibald Lox books a couple of days ago. They've been continuing to pick up great reviews from readers on those two sites, and they've also got a few book bloggers buzzing too! For instance...

The Haunted Wordsmith said that Book 1 was "filled with fantastic characters, true to form description, and Shan’s distinct writing style, Archibald Lox is sure to enthrall readers of all ages." Philip Aldous noted that, while this is primarily a fantasy series and not horror, "there's an underlying darkness, with villainous assassins called the SubMerged who're hot in the heels of our heroes, as well as twisted humanoid monsters referred to as Hell Jackals." Toni Higgs, meanwhile, tore through the entire trilogy and published reviews for all three of them! She said of the third: "The book was a thrilling, exciting, and fun ride with a smattering of gore, and it had a satisfying ending with enough of a to-be-continued feel to keep me excited to read volume two whenever that gets released." The links for each of her reviews are below:
