    03 February 2020

I've seen all sorts of drawings of Mr Crepsley over the last twenty years, from every sort of angle imaginable, but just when I think there's nothing an artist can do with him to surprise me, along comes Keroromo who draws him from... the rear! I can't recall ever before seeing a picture of him just from the back, without even the slightest glimpse of his face, and i have to say I love it. This just says so much -- Mr Crepsley, about to perform at the Cirque Du Freeak, Madam Octa on his shoulder. If you've never read the books, it will mean nothing to you. if you have, I think, like me, it will make you pause and remember and... smile.

Keroromo also drew this lovely picture of Mr Crepsley with that lazy, pesky student of his -- Darren Shan. It's another winner, as, indeed, are several more drawings, of Mr Crepsley, which appear on Keroromo's web page -- but be warned in advance, a few of them could set your heart racing, especially if you've always had "a thing" for the orange haired charmer!!!
