So shocked and saddened to hear of the untimely death of the actor Ray Stevenson, who played Murlough in the Cirque Du Freak movie. It's a dream of mine, if the series ever gets rebooted, and if I'm involved in the adaptation in any serious kind of way (which I may well not be), to try and persuadwe some of the actors from the original movie to take on different roles. For instance, John C Reilly as Seba. Perhaps Morgan Saylor (originally Annie) as Arra Sails. And so on.

I thought Ray Stevenson would have been a perfect Vampire Prince -- Arrow, maybe, or even Paris Skyle (especially if the series doesn't get rebooted until a bit further down the line!). But now, alas, that can never be, and we're robbed of his presence in all the other films/TV shows that he might have graced over the next decade or two. A grim, sad day indeed.

Even in death may he be triumphant!!!
