Very excited to start the Sandman TV show. I’m on holiday at the moment, so it will have to wait a while, but I plan to tear through it when I’m back home. I went to a UK comic convention in 1990 and saw Neil Gaiman give a talk. He impressed me so much that even though I was a penniless student at the time, I went round the stalls at the con and bought every issue that had been released. For about ten years, I blu tacked each issue to my bedroom wall as it came out, and went to sleep each night looking up at those gorgeous Dave McKean covers. Did I say excited?!? A severe understatement!!!!
