• Shans in Curraghchase

    19 July 2020

The Shan clan has been spending a lot of time in our local forest park, Curraghchase, over the course of the lockdown, except for the period when we had to stay within a couple of kilometres of our home. These photos were taken not long after those 2km rules were relaxed, and capture us enjoying our return to one of Ireland's finest public parks, which we're so lucky to have on our doorstep. (By the way, those of you who are fans of my Darren Dash books for adults might be interested to learn that Curraghchase served as the inspiration for the forest that features heavily in Midsummer's Bottom.)
