I'm guessing most of you are familiar with that little quote that you often find in offices worldwide -- "You don't have to be crazy to work here, but it helps!"

Well, there's a lesser known version of the line that runs something like this -- "You don't have to be crazy to be part of the Shan Clan, but it helps!"

Newcomer Gaia better get with the programme quick, or she's in for a long and bemusing stay in Shanville...
