As some as you will have seen from posts last week, the Shans were on holiday recently, in Mallorca, where we enjoyed clear blue skies and lovely warm temperatures (but not TOO warm) every day. We had an absolutley wonderful time, and I'm sure I'll be sharing more photos from the trip in future Sunday blog posts -- although it will probably be deep into autumn, or even winter, before I get round to it!

This Sunday, however, I'm darting back in time to March 9th, when we had a brief, thin fall of snow. We hardly ever get snow where we live in Limerick in Ireland, so there was great excitement in the household, and here are three photos of Dante making the most of the moment and building a snowman's head -- we'll have to wait until the next fall of snow to work on the body!!! :-)

The fourth photo looks like it was taken on our holiday in Mallorca, but was actually taken a couple of days before the snow photos! It was a sunny day in Shanville, and although the temperature was a chilly 5 degrees Celsius (41 Fahrenheit) the Shan kids decided to do a little sunbathing out the front of the house!!! Rather them than me!!!! :-)
