• Sunburn sale - part one!

    27 June 2019

Following last week's Midsummer's Bottom sale, I'm going to be running sales for my three other Darren Dash eBooks in July -- there will be more details about those as and when the sales take place, so stay tuned for updates. But one of them, my beast-in-Bulgaria horror novel Sunburn, is going on sale TWICE, and the first of those sales is happening NOW.

Long story short -- there's a promotional site called BookBub which pretty much every writer is fighting to be on. It's very hard to get one of your books featured on BookBub. I've been trying sporadically for the last few years, with no success. I pitched my four Darren Dash books to them when I was organising my latest promotions, with no real hope that any would be chosen -- and then Sunburn WAS. The trouble was, by that time I had already arranged several promotions for Sunburn in mid-July, and it was too late to cancel those, and the BookBub slot was for today, June 27th. So, after scratching my head for a couple of minutes, I decided to push ahead with both sales, to give as many people as possible the chance to snap up the book at a bargain price. So, if you want to buy the eBook of Sunburn from Amazon USA or Amazon UK, it will set you back a mere $0.99 or £0.99 today. But if you miss it this time for whatever reason, you'll get another stab at it a few weeks from now. Don't thank me. Thank BookBub! :-)

The sale is only valid in the USA and UK, but you can get the eBook of Sunburn at a fairly low price all year round through Amazon stores worldwide. There's also a paperback edition, again on sale through Amazon stores globally. And if you're a member of Kindle Unlimited, you can read it at any time for FREE.
