Tattoo Tuesday returned last week after quite a long break, and a couple of fans have shared new tattoos with me in its wake, which I'll be highlighting over the coming weeks. But I'm going to kick things off with this blast from the past...

I said last week that I couldn't recall any of my fans getting such a large tattoo (of my most famous quote, "Even in death may you be triumphant!") in such a prominent position (across the breastplate) before. A fan called Aaron politely got in touch to remind me that actually he'd sent me a photo of his massive tattoo several years ago, and I'd shared it on my Facebook page (I think this was back in the day before I started calling them Tattoo Tuesday posts). He also drew my attention to the "minor" error which I'd picked up on first time round, and which made me wince and chuckle again this time. (If you're not sure what I'm talking about, look at the words in the quote very carefully and it SHALL become apparent...)

Sorry, Aaron -- but hey, it's still an absolutely amazing tattoo, and at least "your" version of the quote is unique to you, so no one else can boast of having it!!! :-) :-) :-)
