The Bookbag reviews The Forgotten Crypt
07 July 2021I hope most of you are aware by now that I released a new book last week, Archibald Lox and the Forgotten Crypt, which is Book 4 in the series. If you're only hearing about it now, or have been mulling over whether or not it's worth spending your cold, hard cash on, it was reviewed by The Bookbag ahead of its release, and here's what the reviewer had to say in her summary:
"Archie begins his second journey into the Merge. There's a smooth re-entry and it only takes a few pages before you're right back in the swing of the topsy turvy alternative world and Archie's strange lockpicking abilities. Easy, fun read with lots of surprises, as ever with Darren Shan."
The reviewer had plenty else to say about the book, and you can read the full review by clicking here: http://www.thebookbag.co.uk/reviews/Archibald_Lox_and_the_Forgotten_Crypt:_Archibald_Lox_series,_Volume_2,_book_1_of_3_by_Darren_Shan
The book is on sale as a paperback or low-cost eBook. (If you prefer a physical book, my advice is to wait for the omnibus edition, either later this year or early in 2022, which will collect books 4, 5 and 6, and will be much cheaper than buying the three books individually.) If you're new to the series, the eBook of book 1 is always FREE, and the ebooks of 2 and 3 are on sale at a big discount over the course of the summer.
