I know I've posted a lot about my Terrified Troll picture book fundraiser recently, so I'll keep this brief.

1) Today we passed the 50% point, after just over a week of the fundraiser going live. That was absolutely amazing -- many, MANY thanks to everyone who has supported it so far, either by pre-ordering a copy of the book or one of the perks.

2) I've added a few new Meet Darren Shan perks, these ones without the dining option. This makes it both cheaper to meet up with me (prices start at just €200) and more relaxed, without having to work the conversation in around mouthfuls of food!! We can meet pretty much anywhere in any of the named cities (Limerick, Cork, Galway and Dublin in Ireland, or London in the UK) and spend a couple of hours just hanging out... maybe get a drink in a cafe or pub... stroll around an art gallery or a park... wander the aisles of a bookstore and chat about our favourite books... I'm open to most suggestions when it comes to possible meeting points and how we pass the two hours!
