If today's post was a movie title, it would be... WOMBO: First Blood Part II

A few weeks back I posted some images that had been created on WOMBO, a computer program that generates art based on words or phrases that you input. A couple of fans called Danny and Maisie have been doing lots of experiments on WOMBLE with different books titles and character descriptions of mine, and I'm featuring a brace by each of them in today's post.

The first two are by Danny, and feature covers for Cirque Du Freak and The Thin Executioner.

The second two are by Maisie, and the prompts in her case with Cirque Du Freak and The Demonata.

I've got to say, these are very striking images -- some of them genuinely could be actual book covers. I have my self-published book covers professionally designed, but if my designer ever starts to flag (or gets eaten by demons), maybe I'll turn to WOMBLE at some point and see that that charming little computer program can come up with... :-) :-) :-)
