• World Book Day part 3

    31 March 2020

Let's round off our World Book Day-linked posts with a third and final entry.

A blogger called Lauren, with the user name of Northern Plunder posted on WBD about the books that had shaped her childhood, and I was touched to see one of mine in among the mix. She noted:

"I remember walking between classes with my nose in a book, waiting until the last second when a teacher spoke to stop. This world hooked me in and I loved it! It was dark, tense, and made me cry a whole lot."
