This, the tenth book in the "tales of Darren Shan" series, is mostly about Harkat and his attempt at "redemption and retrieval of his soul". It ramps up rather nicely, the same action as always is there, Mr. Crepsley doesn't come back to life (sadly)... and some odd things happen. By this point in the series, either you are a Darren Shan fan of you never will be, so go read this tenth book out of soon to be twelve and enjoy the best half-vampire series in existence.
