Brilliant! ZOM-B Underground is massively better than the first book, but then of course, the first one did all the hard work in setting everything up. I don't want to spoiler anything but this one is intelligently written, fast-paced Us Vs Them zombie goodness, where the Us and Them lines are so blurred you're not sure who's where. No end of fun.

It's the levels of Zombieness that made this one so interesting for me, the fact that it's not just shuffling brain munchers versus heavily armed humans. Shan's got much more to offer than the.

HUGELY recommended if you have a young lad who's reluctant to read, and has a strong stomach! And a definite win for Zombie fans of any age or gender.
