IRELAND
Friday 15 - 10.00 - Two school events at the Wexford Book Festival. This was the first time I read out an extract from Lord Loss. It's the scene from the end of chapter 1/start of chapter 2. After the Cirque scene, this is the one I've performed most often in the years since.

HUNGARY

Saturday 23 - 10.00 - Public signing at Budapest International Book Fair, Budapest Congress Centre. approx 400-500 people
Saturday 23 - 17.00 - Public signing at Mammut Libri Book Palace, Budapest. approx 600 people. Hungary took me by complete surprise -- I was expecting a quiet weekend, and instead I got my busiest signing sessions ever!! On Saturday I was signing for 9 hours in total -- and signing FAST!!
